We would like to provide a brief update regarding the impacts to SPP of the evolving geopolitical situation in the Middle East, particularly in and around Israel.

As a global manufacturer operating with an international supply base and logistics network, we are closely monitoring developments that may have the potential to impact international shipping routes, material availability, and transportation lead times.

At present, our operations and customer deliveries remain largely unaffected. However, the situation has introduced increased uncertainty within global freight and logistics markets, including the potential for disruption to key shipping lanes, extended transit times, and cost volatility across certain regions.

We are working proactively with our global suppliers and logistics partners to mitigate any potential risks and maintain continuity of supply wherever possible.

In particular, we are in close and ongoing dialogue with our freight forwarder to fully understand the evolving logistics landscape, especially in relation to our critical suppliers, so that we can respond swiftly to any emerging challenges.

Should any specific orders or deliveries be impacted, our team will communicate directly and at the earliest opportunity.
