Troubleshoot RAPID download
| Problem | Solution |

| After the rrefresh.rpd file has been downloaded, RAPID still says that the password has expired. | Your version of RAPID may have exceeded its expiry date and the password download is no longer valid. The expiry date for RAPID 8.06 was 27 February 2009. After this date you will need to downlaod a patch to re-activate RAPID. To download the patch click here.
