New Parts Division Launched
SPP Pumps have recently launched a new stand alone parts business division. Previously under the Service Division umbrella we decided that parts support to our customers required greater focus and dedication so the result has been the creation of a new team. We have virtually doubled our workforce to meet the new challenges ahead and have also benefited from significant financial commitment from the business. Our aim is not only to provide genuine SPP Pumps parts but to be recognised as a supplier for the whole pump package, whether that be engine, gearbox or pipework components, whatever the part we are in a position to provide.
High Quality Parts
We are also trying to educate, that not only are you purchasing high quality parts from SPP Pumps but that these components are supported by our highly experienced technical support team, so if you have any questions relating to material upgrades, design changes or problem solving then we are here to assist.
Our proposals team now have additional resources in place to offer not only the standard lead time on our quotations but the new capability of a number of express options. We have manipulated our business to allow for additional manufacturing resource to handle break down situations or critical supply so please challenge us or question us when in receipt of your proposal to see if improvements can be made.
Future Objectives
Our future objectives to enhance further our parts support is the introduction of more prices lists, parts kits and a service exchange programme.
