Instructions for updating RAPID Password (rrefresh.rpd)
These instructions can be accessed at:

Upon start up, RAPID may inform you that the password has expired and invite you to obtain a new password from the website at http://www.spppumps.com/rapid.htm.



The new password is contained in a file called rrefresh.exe. This must be run to download the password to your computer. To do this, click on the "Download RAPID Password" button at the top of this page.

When the File Download Security Warning dialogue box appears (Windows XP), click on "Run" to execute the file. (In some versions of Windows this button may be "Open" instead of "Run").

You may get the following Security warning and if so Click "Run".

The file is compressed and must be extracted to the C:\rapidfw folder

Once the file has been extracted Click "OK"

Select "OK" from the "RAPID Dialogue" box and RAPID will start.

Tip:- Password updates can be downloaded prior to the date of expiry. RAPID will provide you with a warning 3 days before the password is due to expire. The password update file will be valid for a maximun of 5 days after the date it was downloaded.
